Artisan Adventures Company - Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction and Agreement
Welcome to Artisan Adventures Company! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your booking and participation in any of our experiences ("Experience"). By completing a booking ("Booking") with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully. You must not proceed with a Booking if you do not agree with them. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
2. Our Service and Role
Artisan Adventures Company is a curator and organizer of self-guided, interactive experiences. We partner with excellent local food and drink purveyors, shops, and artisans ("Artisan Partners") to create the components of your Experience.
While we carefully select our Artisan Partners, it is important to understand that they are independent businesses. As such, each Artisan Partner is solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the goods and services they provide. Your interaction with each Artisan Partner is subject to their own terms and conditions. Artisan Adventures Company acts as a curator and organizer, not as an agent for our Artisan Partners, and we are not liable for any issues, damages, or claims arising from the products or services provided by them.
3. Your Responsibilities as a Participant
By making a Booking, you agree and warrant on behalf of yourself and all members of your party that:
You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
All information you provide is true and accurate.
You have notified us in writing of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or significant health conditions that may affect your ability to safely participate in the Experience. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate, we cannot guarantee all requests can be met.
You and all members of your party will conduct yourselves in a respectful and safe manner and will not disrupt our Artisan Partners or other members of the public. We reserve the right to terminate your Experience immediately and without a refund if your behavior is deemed dangerous, disruptive, or illegal.
4. Bookings, Payments, and Confirmation
All Bookings are subject to availability. Your Booking is only confirmed once you have completed payment and received a confirmation email from us. You agree to check all details on the confirmation email for accuracy and notify us immediately of any errors.
5. Cancellations and Changes
We do not offer refunds. Cancellations are non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge that participation in our Experiences involves inherent risks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, your participation is at your own risk.
In no event shall Artisan Adventures Company, its owners, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising from or in connection with a Booking or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for that Booking.
7. Events Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)
We are not liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing our obligations if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, war, terrorism, pandemics, or government restrictions.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the County of Solano, California, for the resolution of any disputes.
